IKA solutions (IKA) is a forest management, and timber processing company established in Kampala Uganda. The company is involved across the forestry value chain (primary and secondary) in monitoring & harnessing its Carbon sequestration capacity & data / volumes, producing high quality trees and in value addition via processing of poles. IKA is involved in the timber value chain right from the start for the purpose of ensuring sustainable forestry, sustainable supply of timber, and good environmental health, and establishes well- managed forests plantations for its production while meeting economic, social and environmental needs of the shareholders and the local stakeholders in a way that does not undermine the interests of the future generation.

At the moment IKA owns a resource base of 2,500 acres and is in the process of acquiring and developing a further 7,500 acres to get its resource base to 10,000 acres in the near future, and beyond as investment opportunities present themselves.
